We created “Breaking the Glass Ceiling”, a gender equality campaign for Vodafone to support the corporate commitment to become the world’s best employer for women by 2025.
We conducted a survey in collaboration with ALBA university and Women on Top, to analyze the challenges and opportunities of women in corporate and business environment in Greece.
We ran an integrated PR campaign bringing into the spotlight the issue, engaging key opinion leaders and institutional leadership.
The survey findings and conclusions were a powerful tool for Vodafone’s thought leadership initiatives regarding women empowerment in Greece.
